About me and my love for Theatre
I grew up in a creative household, my mother was classically trained in music from a young age. She can play several instruments, sang and acted. I first realized my love for Theatre when I was seven years old after watching her in a production of The Pirates of Penzance. I grew up looking for any excuse to act, or draw or create. When I learned I could go to college and get a degree in Theatre I jumped at the opportunity. While getting my Bachelors in Theatre Education I discovered a passion for Directing and Designing. I changed my major to Theatre Performance so that I could have more time dedicated to theatre practices. Theatre has become the place where I feel most at home, which as a person who grew up in the military always moving, means everything. I know that no matter where life takes me, I will always have Theatre as my home.
